I have been a customer of Anzhong Weiban for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The staff is generally helpful, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response. Overall, I am satisfied with their products and the pricing is reasonable. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer support.
