Would give a zero if possible. Had to bring my son for a hand injury. We are currently sitting in the Emergency Department 3 and 1/2 hours and counting. He told them his pain level was a 10 compared to any pain he has ever had before. This place has zero compassion for patients. This new hospital is the worst thing to happen to South Hill.
