I have been a customer of Mb insurance group for a few years now, and I must say that their service has always been average. While I haven't had any major issues with them, I also haven't had any standout experiences either. The website is user-friendly and makes it easy to manage my policies online. However, there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times on claims. Overall, I would rate Mb insurance group as average.
