I recently booked a vacation through Ponders Travel and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question, it took them a while to respond and I felt like they didn't really listen to my concerns. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would use them again.
