I recently had my car detailed at Platinum Touch Auto Detail and while the overall experience was decent, I wasn't overly impressed. The staff was friendly and they did an okay job, but there were a few areas that could have been better. The interior cleaning was thorough, but I noticed some streaks on the windows and the exterior could have been more polished. Also, the pricing seemed a bit high for what I received. Overall, it was an average experience.
