Worst experience of my life!!! Spent 5 hours with Bo getting my hopes up on a car, only to be told payments would be out of my range. Decided on a less expensive vehicle to be told my payments would be as high as the more expensive 1. Wasted my whole Saturday while he went out to take smoke breaks. Barely had me in his office to discuss anything, had a new guy, Peter, showing us cars and being the go between. Had several sales people from the dealership calling me while I sat there waiting. Told me I was approved for an amount come to find out I was NEVER approved. Games, games, games!!!! After leaving frustrated, I stopped at Ocean Honda and within 2 hours drove out with a car I wanted and a payment I asked for!
