I had an oil change and a car wash and wax service...

I had an oil change and a car wash and wax service. The bill reflected the wrong oil, but it was changed immediately by my service rep Travis. The wax and wash was done very well, but the guys forgot to finish the roof. No problem at all. The service manager John said bring it in whenever you can and they promised to complete the roof immediately. They not only kept their promise, but Travis was the perfect gentleman and corrected the problem himself quickly. I have been buying and leasing cars for more than 45 years. Very seldom is everything always perfect. I believe the strength of a car dealership is in the service reps. taking charge and feeling empowered to fix problems quickly and perfectly. Thank you Sun Toyota. Thank you John. And mostly THANK YOU TRAVIS. Exceptional work!
