I recently visited Kelly's Roast Beef and I must say it was an average experience. The roast beef sandwich I had was decent, but nothing to write home about. The service was friendly, but a bit slow. Overall, I would say it's a decent place to grab a quick bite, but don't expect anything outstanding.
