I have been in the store 3x's and each time the staff has been very helpful, especially the last couple of times. I had a young man by the name of Connor. Both Tom and Connor were excellent at explaining things about my phone that I had limited understanding about while repairing the phone.
Connor not only listened well to some of my concerns but made some recommendations and assisted me in following through with some of the suggestions that I did not know how to implement on my phone options. He was great- both patient and professional!
There are lots of knowledgeable and skilled technicians but it is rare to find someone that is willing to go the extra mile in customer service. I would hope to see him in a supervising position someday soon- as he possesses many of the qualities that management needs.
