I recently worked with Swanson communications for a marketing campaign, and I found their services to be quite average. 😐 While their website is professional and informative, I felt the communication with their team could have been better. There were some delays in response times, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates on our project. The quality of work delivered was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I would say my experience was average. I may consider giving them another try in the future, but I hope to see improvements in their communication and project management.
