As someone with epilepsy, I found the resources and support offered by this organization to be helpful. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing valuable information about epilepsy and available services. I appreciated the virtual support groups and educational webinars. However, the response time to inquiries was a bit slow, and I encountered some difficulty in accessing certain resources. Overall, I give it an average rating. The organization does a good job in providing support but could improve its responsiveness to inquiries. 👍
