Im used to Wal Marts in Utah that are super centers and carry everything. I'm also not used to having to pay 10 cents for a grocery bag. I went to get cold medicine twice, the first time they charged me for a plastic reusable bag but the second time she just put it into a paper bag that didn't cost. Both times were for medicine and i feel should have been treated the same.
