As a patient, I found the service at this orthopedic center to be satisfactory. The staff were professional and courteous, and the physicians were knowledgeable and attentive. However, I felt that the waiting times were longer than expected, and the appointment scheduling process could be more efficient. Additionally, the website could benefit from more detailed information about the services offered and the background of the physicians. Despite these areas for improvement, I received adequate care and felt that my concerns were addressed. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, and while there is room for enhancement, I appreciate the medical expertise and attention provided.
