I recently used the services of this company as I was in need of some IT support. The overall experience was fairly good and I found their website to be informative and easy to navigate. However, the response time for my query was a bit slow, and I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive. On the positive side, the solutions provided were effective and their technicians were knowledgeable. I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness. I would rate the overall experience as average. 😐
