I recently tried out some products from a company and I was not entirely impressed with the quality. The customer service was good and they were prompt in delivering my order. However, I feel that the products could have been better. The packaging was nice, but the actual performance of the products left something to be desired. I would consider trying out other products from the same company, but I was not blown away by my first experience.
