I recently rented an apartment from Trillium Housing and my experience has been average overall. The process of applying for a rental unit was straightforward, and the staff was helpful in guiding me through the application process. However, there were some issues with the condition of the apartment when I moved in. The maintenance team was quick to address the issues, but it was still a bit disappointing. I hope they can improve their apartment maintenance in the future.
