Outdoor pool is very large. Indoor pool is OK but often booked for activities like water aerobics; also has a hot tub. Basketball gym is only one full court and also often booked.

The gym is good but not great - less equipment than at Lifetime or ATC. Very friendly staff. Also has racquetball, yoga, and a few other things. Overall a solid gym that is cheaper than Lifetime, and has a pool and basketball court which ATC does not.
