Horrible customer service. There Asian counter parts are slow to respond and make mistakes often. Do not be fooled The HK office and The american office are independent of each other and they claim to be leading Label Suppliers in the industry and have the latest Label Technology but for some reason the HK Support Email does not work if they cant get there email to work how are they leading in Tech.Still the Worst company EVER if yo have another option go somewhere else if you want another option ask me i will gladly provide you a contact and they lie they are the slowest company in the world not the fastest and retailers who use them as a label supplier as much as they woo you there are so many better options then them in the industry they feel they are to big to care and they are way over priced. Still Horrible has not changed yet.
