I had an average experience with Waiheke Unlimited. Their customer service was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate and find information. However, I expected more from their accommodations. The house we rented was clean, but the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. Overall, it was an okay experience.
