I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Edward Carter Properties as average. In my opinion, their service is satisfactory but not exceptional. The staff members are polite and helpful, and they always respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. However, the process of finding a suitable property took longer than expected and there were a few communication hiccups along the way. Overall, my experience with Edward Carter Properties has been decent.
