I worked with Luke Schuster at Chuck Levin's for over a year by email/phone to find the perfect guitar as a retirement gift (to myself :) ) after 26+ years of active duty military service. Originally, I wanted to purchase a Martin D-28 through Chuck's, then pick it up at the Martin factory in PA. Luke went out of his way to coordinate this, and then when COVID hit, ensured I still had the guitar delivered directly to my house. After noticing a defect in the guitar, Luke again went out of his way to ensure I had a replacement when Martin would not take responsibility. Over the course of over a year, Luke and I exchanged numerous emails/phone calls just for my one guitar. I mean, I am but ONE individual and the desire to always go above and beyond for me was eye watering. He and Chuck Levin's truly wanted to do the right thing at all times. After my experience, it is clear why Chuck's has the reputation it does. Customer service is the most important thing to them, above all else. So, thank you Luke, thank you Chuck Levin's! I am enjoying my new D-28 and look forward to ALL of my future musical purchases, no matter where I live in this country, through Chuck's.
