We have been having a great deal of difficulty with out tub draining and water coming out of the clean out valve. We were referred by a friend but also saw many positive reviews on the Next Door app. We were very pleased with the service we received. Jeff arrived within the time given when the appointment was scheduled and he called prior to arrival. He was extremely efficient and completely took care of the problem. We have a working bathroom now and we are very grateful. Jeff was knowledgeable, polite and personable. We will definitely use Emerald when any future problems arise and will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.
