I recently had the opportunity to work with Lucid Laboratories Pvt Ltd and I must say it was an average experience. While their website design and user interface were great, the customer service was lacking. The support team took quite a while to respond to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, the company has potential but needs to improve their customer support.
