I had an average experience with Proneta technologies. The website prodigi.in was easy to navigate, but I found the overall service to be average. The response time for my queries was a bit slow and the support staff was not very helpful. However, the quality of their products is decent. I expected better considering the positive reviews I had read online. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
