I had the pleasure of working with rep Diane who could not have been more compassionate or professional when it came to resolving my issue. My my loan was taken over from Loancare there was a great deal of confusion and it caused me to miss a payment. Diane was able to work with the credit department to get my credit accurately reported and she took the time to listen and help in anyway she could. I'm so thankful for the Social Support team for showing their customers that they are in fact cared about and valued.
