Terribly hard to get ahold of anyone here. They didn't credit a principal paydown to my account. It was easy to secure the loan at a good rate, but then there was no follow up and the new loan didn't show up on myloancare. After numerous phone calls (sometimes waiting on hold for over an hour) this was finally corrected.
