I recently had a less-than-ideal experience with this automotive service. The customer support felt a bit off—communication was lacking, and I found myself waiting longer than expected for updates on my vehicle 🚗. When I received my car back, it didn’t seem to be fully repaired, and I had to return for additional fixes, which added to the frustration 🔧. It’s unfortunate because I was hoping for a more seamless process. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking reliable service.

I'm finally back to my laptop. We haven't done business with a Jonathan in a very long time. If you read this review, you will see its completely vague and lack any details. I googled "trust burn fake reviews" and found

If you go to the url, you will see other people complaining about the same thing... and the content of the reviews are identical to this one. We take our reviews seriously and pride our self in treating customer with honesty, fairness, and transparency. There is a link to request to review to be removed...

Trustburn wants $99 to remove the fake review. I have sent several emails to trustburn with no response. I'm beginning to think trustuburn is the one who posted the negative review. I have take screenshots and will be emailing Google about this sites deceptive practices.
