Noisy rooms, shower drains overflow, can't get to on Fri and Sat due to Beale street block offs. Parking garage not marked as hotel parking. The hotel charged twice the rate of parking garage, scam. Room a lot hotter than hallways on coldest setting, really warm. Switched rooms almost as hot but better, still hallway cooler. Rude staff,. Manager called almost three hours later. Manager uncaring and lied about parking cost issue. Would not stay at again.
