I've had a mixed experience with Gdk electronics. While their products are generally good, I had an issue with a laptop I bought from them. The performance was not up to par, and despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, I got no response. It was frustrating and disappointing, as I expected better from a reputable company like Gdk electronics. I ended up returning the laptop but it was a hassle. I hope they improve their customer service to avoid such situations in the future.
