I recently used a local dog boarding service and had a terrible experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and they neglected to properly care for my dog. Fortunately, I found Kappel and they completely turned things around. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and most importantly, my dog was well taken care of. I would never go anywhere else!
