Today I called in to get a quote for some insurance for my Lexus RX 350 after receiving an email from my dealership about extended warranties due to the age of my vehicle. I called for options, not to purchase, and was clear about that. Because I didn't purchase a plan, the agent was rude! I even told him that I was gathering my options and would purchase a plan next week. He was basically done with me after that. As a result, I would not recommend anyone work with this company. That is not how you treat potential customers. Glad I found out before buying a warranty plan!
