I hired a property management company for the first time and decided to go with Kv management. Overall, their service was satisfactory. They took care of the basic tasks and ensured my property was well-maintained. However, I felt that their communication could be improved. There were times when I had to reach out to them for updates, and I would have appreciated more proactive communication. Nevertheless, I would consider using their services again in the future.
