This operation was trimming a city tree on private property on Merton Street, a very busy cross street with much foot traffic. They appeared to do a good job of the work and had pilons down for car traffic with emergency lights flashing. All good. But what was woefully omitted was warning signs for pedestrians. We have lots of people walking the sidewalks -- mothers with kids and owners with dogs etc. If the company was working for the city here, it is even more an oversight not to be guarding against injury to citizens. Three stars for the work; no stars for consideration to others in the environment. JASA
