Working with BMW Henderson AutoNation was a breeze. I ve bought many cars and this was by far the easiest transaction I ve had. I told Eric prior to coming in the store that I didn t want my time wasted and he respected that and more. Carlos was my salesman and he answered every question I threw at him. Eric and Carlos fought to get me a trade in I was happy with and better yet, no hidden fees that you have to question and ask to be removed. It s out of my way but I will bring my car back to service with them because their customer service is that great. 10/10 would recommend.
