CRM Tourisme provided a satisfactory experience overall. The customer service was decent, and the tour guides were knowledgeable. However, there were a few instances where the itinerary was not followed properly, causing some confusion. In terms of value for money, it was average. I would consider booking with them again if they make improvements in their organization and attention to detail.
