Hob-design is an average company. Their website hob-design.de looked nice and the overall experience was good. However, I found their customer service to be lacking, as they took a long time to respond to my inquiries. The quality of their products was just okay, nothing exceptional. I wouldn't say I had a bad experience, but I expected more.
