I had an overall average experience with Global conzept gmbh. The company website global-conzept.de is simple and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and their answers were not very helpful. I was expecting better service from them. The pricing was also on the higher side compared to other similar companies.
