I have been a customer of Ontel Communications for the past 2 years and I must say that their services are average. The internet speed provided is decent and rarely faces any disruptions. However, I feel that the customer support could be improved as it takes quite some time to get a response. Overall, it's an okay experience with Ontel Communications.
