i called about my phone needing to be replaced on ...

i called about my phone needing to be replaced on thursday and they said to bring it in friday morning to get the job done. Turns out they didn't have the part so they said they were going to overnight ship the part for Saturday. Bring my phone BACK in and they still didn't have the part. Its almost monday and still no part or no phone. BLEH service.
