Delaware Dividend & Income Fund is an average investment company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have been using their services for a few years now and I haven't had any major issues. However, there are other companies out there that offer better returns and customer support. Overall, I would consider them to be a decent investment option.
