I can t say it was an enjoyable experience but I m basing my visit during times of Covid. They are operating a Virtual Queue system. You need to download the Bicester Village app and scan a bar code situated outside the store.

You ll get told how many are in front of you and when it gets to your turn to gain entry you ll get a message and have 10 minutes to get in. Not every store is operating this system but the majority are.

If you are into designer stores you ll love the choice available but the virtual queue system doesn t make it an enjoyable visit. I know we all have to work together in these difficult times but I ll definitely not be visiting again until this is all over.
