The Gangaji Foundation has been an average experience for me. While the teachings were insightful, I didn't find them particularly transformative. The retreat I attended was enjoyable, but I didn't feel a deep connection to the teachings or the facilitators. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not something I would highly recommend.
