Warning.!! Do not trust AUDI Centre Sydney ACN127 270 400
5 year dispute over flaws in the leather in the centre part of the cushion passenger seat of my new AUDI A5 purchased July 2012.
August 2015 finally after a physical inspection, AUDI confirmed flaws in the leather and would be replaced.
The flaws in the centre part of the cushion passenger seat reappeared after a couple of weeks.
Only the leather on the back part of the passenger was replaced.

Andrew Fong, Service Manager insisted the leather on the centre cushion part of the passenger seat (which was not replaced) was wear & tear.
My car only had 20,000km on the clock.
September 2018 the servicer manager Andrew Fong told me this matter is closed hoping I would go away which was the last straw for me.
Who does this man think he is.?
This kind of treatment/attitude is unacceptable. I then gathered 5 independent reports from car leather upholstery specialists and all 5 confirmed flaws in the leather in the centre, cushion part of the passenger seat.
I then engaged my legal team and finally won this battle which could have quite easily been finalised years ago.
AUDI paid not only to replace the leather but legal costs.
I will NEVER deal this this company ever again nor will I ever buy another AUDI.
