I’ve been dealing with Bioresource Technology Inc for a few years now and I must say their services are average. Their website provides all the necessary information, but the customer service could be improved. There have been instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Overall, I am satisfied with their products, but there is definitely room for improvement.
