MBOT is my favorite dealership in the Bay area. My family has bought multiple cars from them. Their Service department is top notch, and I have had the same service advisor Darrell Williams for many years. I like that he is always professional and courteous, he listens to my concerns and is very knowledgable. He calls and translates the mechanical lingo to something I can relate too and makes recommendations on next steps. When my family and I walk through the door, there is Darrell with a smile on his face and the same smile is there when he walks us out. Darrell and his excellent customer service is a key reason on why I go to MBOT.
