Horrible service, my MacBook was there for one wee...

Horrible service, my MacBook was there for one week and it has been returned without been fixed, although they told me it has. I took it there again, and so far no answer, they don't answer phone call as well. For the first time, they told me that they fixed my computer, instead of replacing the broken part, which is totally against Apple's rule.
