I have been a customer of Knight Broadcasting Inc for the past few years, and I must say their service is quite average. While they do have a decent range of channels, the picture quality can be inconsistent at times. The customer service is friendly, but I feel they could be more prompt in resolving issues. Overall, an okay experience.
