I had an average experience with the National Collegiate Choral Organization. Their website ncco-usa.org is informative and easy to navigate, but their customer service could be improved. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. The quality of their choral performances was good, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say they are an okay organization to work with.
