Zero customer service and zero return of phone cal...

Zero customer service and zero return of phone calls asking for response.
I buy a new truck every 3 years. I bought a 2018 HD2500 Denali from Brotherton in January 2019. When you buy a GMC using a business they offer $1,000 of accessories to chose from.
I selected my accessories and waited for them to show up in the parts department. I waited and waited. Finally the sales rep called and said my parts were in almost 2 months later. I drove 90 minutes to get to dealer. I live in Cle Elum.
The parts department said they didn t have my parts but they could order them. I drove 3 hours for parts that never arrived.
They said they would call me when the new parts arrive. I never got a call back. I left message with my sales agent. No call back.
I finally went back to dealer during a trip over to the airport. I had limited time but I made the stop at the dealer. The parts counter said they had the parts but returned them to GM since no one claimed them.
I was really frustrated. It had been over a year now. No parts from which I was due to receive after paying $70,000 for a truck.
I came to the issue after a period of saying I would never deal with these people. I called and asked for the parts guy Chris. He s a good guy. He calls back and he is personally interested in your problem. Kudos to him.
His boss Arun is the general manager. I think he s the typical image we have of car dealers. Tells you what you eat to hear and then disappears and hopes you ll go away. He s now telling me that GM won t issue parts since it s been too long since I bought the new fancy truck.
So because Brotherton s error I m out $1000 of my parts.
I won t be buying my new 2021 duramax from these guys. I will be telling very contractor I know to stay away from this dealer. I will post this review on every social media outlet available to show that as consumers we have the right to impact the businesses who decide to cheat customers out of paid services and parts.
I hope Chris reads this and feels that he did his best working for a terrible manager. This whole thing could have been handled better by Arun.
