I recently had a session at Solio Therapy and I must say it was an average experience. The therapist was professional and knowledgeable, but I didn't feel any significant improvement in my condition. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but overall, I expected more from a therapy session. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it definitely wasn't great either.
